So, all doubts and questions should be discussed and clarified with the client before the approval of models. The Customer and production team should pay attention to this risk in order not to waste time and money.

Next stage is called “ANIMATIC”: We previously wrote about what a storyboard is, and now we will talk about what an animatic is. Storyboard is a sequence of images that show the direction as well as a visual representation of the visuals of each scene. An animatic is taking those individual images and putting them into a movie file without lighting and materials.When all 3D scenes are created, tuned and the visual components are approved, it begins to look like the final stage of the work. Don’t be tricked, because rendering is still yet to come, which means that a lengthy process is ahead.RENDERING – Rendering animation is a lengthy process in which ready, animated 3D scenes are rendered into a sequence of pictures. Rendering can take from several seconds to several days, depending on the complexity of the model and the quality desired. Any changes after the rendering are not only expensive but a matter of time too. If at this stage there are additional edits on the graph, objects or movements – then the scene is done “from scratch”. Edits that go beyond the script and exceed the number of pre-agreed edits are made at an additional cost.
